Wake Aid has decided to become the first open source company in existence. Anyone can work at Wake Aid; Wake Aid publishes an up to date summary of its company status so anyone can analyze the company, contribute or execute ideas, and be compensated for their work. Everyone can be a CEO, Anyone can be paid a CEO's Salary!
How do I contribute (and get paid) ?
Once you have reviewed our company; you can contribute by
1. Sending us a great idea, or
2. Doing work for the company
We will evaluate the contribution and pay you thirty percent of the profit that it creates.
Examples:
You negotiate a deal with a retailer to sell our product in their store. We will send you a check every month for thirty percent of the profit that we receive from the sales in that store, for as long as they carry the product.
You have a great idea to improve our distribution process. We will give you thirty percent of the money that Wake Aid would have spent without your idea.
So congratulations; you can now discuss business matters and negotiate directly on behalf of your innovative company, Wake Aid. It feels good to be in charge, doesn't it?
